Blasting it with high pressure drives water behind the panels and strips paint. We do it the right way instead: a low-pressure application that kills the organism, then a gentle rinse.

Roof Cleaning
No-pressure soft wash — shingle warranty safe
Those dark streaks running down your roof are Gloeocapsa magma — an algae that feeds on the limestone filler in asphalt shingles and holds moisture against them. Left alone it shortens roof life and drives up cooling costs. Pressure washing a roof is the fastest way to void a warranty, so we never do it.

Clean-out, flush and photo report included
A clogged gutter is the cheapest problem you will ever have and the most expensive one to ignore. Overflow rots fascia, saturates the soil against your foundation, and in winter it builds the ice dams that push water back under your shingles.

Surface cleaned — no wand stripes, ever
A hand-held wand leaves arcs and stripes across a driveway that never fully disappear. We run a rotary surface cleaner for an even finish edge to edge, then hand-detail the borders, steps and joints. Wood gets a wash, a brightener to restore the natural tone, and a sealer if you want the result to hold.

The Full Exterior Package
Most of the cost of any job is getting a crew, a rig and 200 feet of hose to your address. Stack services onto one visit and you only pay for that once.
Roof First
Always top-down. Everything that comes off the roof would land on surfaces we already cleaned.
Then The House
Siding, soffits, fascia and trim, plus the porch and any outbuildings you want included.
Gutters Cleared
Cleaned out and brightened once the roof debris has finished coming down.
Flatwork Last
Driveway, walks, patio and deck — the final pass, so nothing gets re-dirtied.
